Important Information
The ParentPatrol service consists of two parts:
-
Your ParentPatrol service account:
- This is the account where you will view all the information collected from devices (phones, tablets, etc.). You can register and log into your account in the following ways:
-
ParentPatrol TDA data collection app:
- This app needs to be installed on the device (phone, tablet, etc.) from which you need to collect data.
- You will receive the link to this app after registering in your personal account and adding a new device. Just follow the instructions provided by our service.
- Without this app, the service will not work.
- The app only works on Android devices (iPhone is not supported).
- Install the app strictly according to our provided instructions. If you are unable to install it yourself, seek help from familiar IT specialists.
Important: The ParentPatrol support service DOES NOT assist with the installation and setup of the ParentPatrol TDA app. You must do this yourself, either with the help of your technical specialists or with the help of our partners who recommended our service to you.
Recommendations for Choosing a Tracked Device
- Any phone or tablet with internet access and Android 6 or higher (iPhone is not supported) will work.
- We do not give advice on choosing a specific phone model, but there are usually no issues with flagships.
- Use the "Trial Period" to understand how well our service suits you.
