The ParentPatrol system is a paid service. To simplify the process of using our services, we do not require payment details at registration.
After connecting to our service, you will be provided with a "Trial Period" during which you can use all of our services for free, without entering payment details.
When the "Trial Period" ends, you will be given the option to select a subscription plan.
We accept payments via
Payments by credit card are processed through the electronic payment system bePaid. The bePaid payment page complies with all data transmission security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All sensitive data is stored in encrypted form and is highly resistant to hacking. Access to authorization pages is provided through a protocol ensuring secure data transmission over the Internet (SSL/TLS).
Trial Period
What you need to know about the trial period:
- The trial period lasts 72 hours.
- It begins immediately after scanning the QR code with the "ParentPatrol TDA" app.
- During the trial period, all service features are available.
- The trial period is provided once for each new device.
- The trial period cannot be extended.
- The trial period cannot be obtained again.
- If your device has already been given a trial period under your account, a new trial period cannot be used for the same device when registering a new account.
- The trial period is tied to the device, so you can change SIM cards without losing access to the service.
- After the trial period ends, new data will no longer be received, but old data will remain in your account until its retention period expires.
- Removing the device from your account automatically means that you forfeit the trial period. It cannot be reused.
- The "ParentPatrol" app collects data only from the moment the trial period is activated and only during its duration. Data outside this period will not be included in your account.
- Activating the trial period is not possible without internet access on the monitored device with "ParentPatrol TDA".
Subscription Purchase
What you need to know about subscriptions:
- Subscriptions can only be purchased after the trial period ends.
- Subscriptions can only be purchased through the website https://my.parentpatrol.net/. When making a purchase, you will be automatically redirected to this site from the mobile app. The login and password for the site are the same as those in the mobile app.
- Subscription options can be reviewed on the website https://parentpatrol.net/.
- You can cancel your subscription yourself (see the relevant section of the instructions).
- Subscriptions can only be paid for with a plastic card. Corporate plastic cards can also be used. We will provide you with monthly invoices.
- The subscription cost may vary slightly from the amount listed on the website https://parentpatrol.net/ due to currency exchange rate fluctuations or additional bank fees.
- The subscription price on the site is listed in USD, but the charge on your card may occur in another currency equivalent to the subscription cost.
- "ParentPatrol" does not store your credit card data or process transactions. This data is stored by the bank. The charge is initiated by the bank.
- On the first payment, the amount for the incomplete month is charged. For example, if there are 30 days in a month and the first payment is made on the 20th, the charge will be for the remaining 10 days of the month. However, if there are only 3 days left in the month, the charge will be for those 3 days and the next month simultaneously. Charges for the new period occur 3 days before the end of the current period.
- If your card does not have sufficient funds during the automatic renewal, you have 3 days to top it up. If you do not, the subscription will be canceled.
- The subscription cost is automatically charged at the beginning of each new period.
- A subscription allows the "ParentPatrol TDA" app to collect data but does not guarantee that the data will reach your account. The user is responsible for installing the apps, having an internet connection, the operational condition of mobile devices, and configuring the software. The "ParentPatrol" team cannot influence these factors and is not responsible for the lack of data transmission.
- If you cancel the subscription, the prepaid amount is non-refundable. Our system provides for advance reservation of services, regardless of whether you used them or not. The service will be provided until the end of the paid period.
- Removing a device from your account automatically means cancellation of the subscription.
- The "ParentPatrol" app collects data only from the moment the subscription or trial period is activated and only during its duration. Data outside this period will not be included in your account.
- If there is no internet on the monitored device with "ParentPatrol TDA" and a subscription is purchased, data collection for the period without internet will not occur, as "ParentPatrol TDA" cannot obtain information about the subscription renewal without internet access.
Unsubscribing and Removing a Card from the System
Procedure for unsubscribing:

Log in to your account via the website https://parentpatrol.net/ or the "ParentPatrol" mobile app. If you encounter access issues, restore your credentials via the login form. If you do not remember your login and password, send a photo of the front of your card to support@parentpatrol.net with the subject "Unsubscribe".

In your account, go to the "My Devices" section, select the desired device, and click "Unsubscribe". Please note that the subscription cannot be stopped until the end of the current period; cancellation applies only to future renewals (automatic payments). The subscription will automatically end at the end of the paid term.
Removing a device with an active subscription:

In your account, go to the "My Devices" section, select the desired device, and click "Remove. Subscription will be canceled".

Removing a device with an active subscription results in the cancellation of the subscription. Neither the device nor the subscription can be returned. Please note that a refund for the subscription is not provided. The service will be provided until the end of the paid period and will then be discontinued.
If you cancel the subscription, the prepaid amount is non-refundable. Our system provides for advance reservation of services, regardless of their use— the service will be provided until the end of the paid period.
Removing Card Data:
Your card data is not stored in the ParentPatrol service. All data and transactions are stored by the Bank. They cannot be removed from the Bank and will be automatically deleted after 10 years.
ParentPatrol stores only the encrypted card token, which has no value in case of data leakage. You can remove the card token from ParentPatrol in the "My Cards" section. When all tokens are removed, subscriptions cannot be automatically renewed. At least one token must always be set to "Used for payment".
